Born from experience, driven by purpose
WeaveWork Collective grew out of years of frontline experience in workforce development and organisational change. We saw firsthand how organisations struggled to build capability while simultaneously missing out on talented people who simply lacked a pathway in.
So we built one. WeaveWork Collective sits at the intersection of organisational effectiveness and inclusive employment — helping businesses grow stronger while creating real opportunities for people who are too often overlooked.
We're not a traditional consultancy. We're a social enterprise with skin in the game — our success is measured not just by the organisations we strengthen, but by the lives we help change.

This venture was founded by Amos, driven by a simple belief — that strong organisations are built when people, structure, and execution come together.
My journey started in operations and business networking, where I had the opportunity to work closely with business owners and leaders across different industries. Through these experiences, I saw firsthand the real challenges organisations face — building the right teams, structuring operations effectively, and executing consistently.
As I often say, strong organisations aren't built by chance — they're built when people, structure, and execution align.
Beyond that, I saw something deeper. I saw the potential to create more inclusive opportunities for individuals who are often overlooked, and the important role businesses can play in shaping a more inclusive and sustainable future of work.
That realisation led me to start this venture — to build something at the intersection of business performance and social impact, helping organisations grow stronger while creating meaningful opportunities for people to contribute and thrive.
